We have experience in making custom parts and components from plastics.

Think of us as a Sheet Metal Shop but working with plastic instead of steel, capable of cutting, bending, CNC routing, forming and welding with most types of plastics.

Our facility has the flexibility to fabricate small to larger quantities (be it 1, 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000 or more) where the cost does not justify to make expensive injection molds.

We can assist clients, if necessary, with the design of products.

Plastic welding include high density polyethylene, UHMW, polypropylene, & PVC.

We built custom tanks for the the plating, water treatment, chemical storage and food processing industries just to name a few.

Other applications of plastic fabrication include chute liners, tanks, tank liners, storage bins, hoppered bins, penning for the pet industry, gas and water tanks for the marine industry, Pontoons for boat docks and floating pads, etc., etc. and plastic repairs in the Agriculture, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
